Dashrobe's Data Collection and Processing
Data Categories: Based on Dashrobe's business (instant fashion delivery via live shopping), we infer it collects:
- Registration Data: Name, email, phone, address, profile photo (if any), account credentials. (Needed for user accounts and deliveries.)
- Financial/Payment Data: Payment instrument info (credit/debit card details, UPI/VPA, or EMI financing info) but likely handled by payment gateway bank account for refunds. These are “sensitive personal data” under India's SPDI rules and include financial data.
- Order & Transaction Data: Items purchased, order history, invoices, delivery instructions.
- Device/Usage Data: IP address, browser/OS, device identifiers (for security/analytics), location (to facilitate delivery).
- Cookies & Tracking: Cookies or similar (localStorage) for essential site functionality (cart, login), analytics, performance, and marketing.
- Third-Party Data: If users log in with social accounts or share referrals, data from those providers. Also possibly data from social media or affiliates about user preferences.
